Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Purpose of the service

WorkDigest is a project intelligence platform that indexes corporate information sources (project managers, repositories, email, documents) and lets you query them in natural language. Access to and use of the service are subject to these Terms of Service.

2. Registration and user account

Accessing the service requires creating an account with a name, a valid email address, and a password. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through their account.

WorkDigest reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, are used fraudulently, or put the security of the service at risk.

3. Plans and pricing

WorkDigest offers different subscription plans with different usage limits. You can review the available plans and their prices on the pricing page. Prices are expressed in euros and include applicable VAT. WorkDigest reserves the right to modify prices with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Fair use policy

Paid plans include a monthly query volume based on the contracted plan. The Free plan includes 10 queries/month, the Starter plan 150 queries/month, and the Pro plan 1,000 queries/month.

Enterprise plans are subject to a fair use policy. Standard usage includes up to 10,000 monthly queries per account. Usage that sustainably exceeds this volume is subject to a specific agreement with the WorkDigest team. Enterprise customers using the BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) option are not subject to this limit, since they manage their own access to the AI API directly.

WorkDigest reserves the right to contact customers exhibiting extraordinary usage patterns to agree on specific conditions before applying any technical limitation.

5. Acceptable use

The user agrees not to use the service to:

  • Access, extract, or interfere with data belonging to other tenants or users.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the software or its algorithms.
  • Deliberately overload the infrastructure through unauthorized mass automated use.
  • Upload or index illegal or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable Spanish or European law.

6. Data ownership

Data from projects connected by the user is and remains the property of the user or their organization. WorkDigest claims no ownership rights over such data. Data is used solely to provide the service and is never used to train WorkDigest's own or third-party artificial intelligence models.

7. Service availability

WorkDigest makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Free and Starter plans do not include a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA). For environments requiring availability commitments, see the Pro and Enterprise plans.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorkDigest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data or profits, regardless of whether WorkDigest was informed of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to these terms

WorkDigest may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or via a notice on the dashboard at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the new terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them.

10. Termination and cancellation

The user may cancel their account at any time from the dashboard settings. After cancellation, user data will be deleted according to the periods set out in the Privacy Policy. WorkDigest may terminate the contract immediately in the event of a serious breach of these terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Seville, expressly waiving any other venue that might otherwise apply.
